NC Aquariums Membership Renewal Postcard

One strategy to create membership growth and harvesting for our long-time client, the North Carolina Aquariums and its non-profit support arm, the North Carolina Aquarium Society, involved a re-branded membership renewal direct mail component. The renewal campaign’s impact on annual membership renewals saw an increase of more than 50 percent over previous renewal rates, afforded by tracking using the direct mail promo code, in conjunction with a customized renewal e-blast to the expiring member database.
